The International Association of EMS Chiefs (IAEMSC) is pleased to announce the dates for the annual Leadership Summit, which will be held in Washington, D.C. on December 5-8, 2014.

The Summit provides a rare forum for EMS Leaders and Chiefs to gather and discuss cutting-edge issues while facilitating access to key federal officials in order to ensure our voices are heard.  We are in the process of finalizing the agenda, but the topics have been chosen to keep leaders, such as yourself, informed about important law and policy issues impacting EMS administration and systems. Additionally, the forum provides a great opportunity to personally meet with your congressional representatives, network with your peers and view the latest in equipment and technology. Once again, attendees will also have the opportunity to take a VIP Behind the Scenes Tour – 8:00-10:00 p.m., Friday, December 5, 2014

Registration for the IAEMSC Summit includes a continental breakfast, breaks and lunch on each day, as well as a complementary beer and wine social daily.

EXHIBITORS
The Annual IAEMSC Summit will feature an exhibitor area throughout the meeting. Vendor space is extremely limited. Final booth assignment will take place in Mid-November, 2014. Booths will be assigned by sponsorship level and then by registration order within each sponsorship level. Conference leadership will reach out to sponsors to begin the booth selection process. The agenda is planned to facilitate interaction between Summit attendees and participating vendors, including continental breakfasts, lunch, and breaks that are hosted in the exhibit area each day. The hotel offers a complementary beer and wine social in regestration.
